Capital deployment and trading activities operate within defined procedures designed to maintain accountability, documentation, and appropriate oversight.

Rather than treating capital movement as an informal process, Dominion Trade Group maintains a structured transaction environment in which activity is documented from funding through execution and reporting.

Dominion Trade Group utilizes a permission-based transaction framework designed to provide additional controls around the movement and use of funds.

Where applicable, transactions involving the designated wallet or trading infrastructure require authorization from the appropriate parties before funds can be moved or deployed.
This multi-party permission structure is designed to help protect against unauthorized or irresponsible handling of capital.

Funds are not intended to move through an unrestricted process. Transactions are subject to defined authorization procedures, with activity recorded for review and accountability.

From Capital Deployment to Trade Execution


Once capital has been authorized for trading, Dominion Trade Group can deploy it across its approved trading strategies and markets.

The fund may participate in markets including precious metals, digital assets, commodities, foreign exchange, and other approved global markets, depending on the applicable strategy and mandate. For higher-tier investment relationships, clients may also receive access to the white-label Dominion Trade Group trading environment, powered by the cTrader technology hosted through FXPro, subject to applicable account, eligibility, and platform requirements.
 

Transparent Reporting

We believe clients should be able to understand what is happening with their capital.
Trading activity is documented and reported through our internal reporting process.
Hourly & Daily:
Trade and transaction activity is recorded and monitored.

Monthly:

Clients receive consolidated reporting on activity and performance.
Weekly:

Weekly reporting can also be provided upon request.
